Throughout the season, our team will welcome you and look after your well-being and the upkeep of the campsite. These are the little hands behind the scenes, working to offer you a unique vacation experience overlooking the Arcachon basin. When you book your caravan, motorhome or tent pitch, or your mobile home rental this summer, you’ll be sure to find what you’re looking for. The campsite staff are easily identifiable by the light green T-shirts they wear around the site. The first members of the Ker Helen team you’ll probably meet are our charming receptionists. Marie, Aurélie and Camélia will be delighted to answer any questions you may have, from your arrival at the campsite to your departure. If you encounter a problem or have a question, don’t hesitate to turn to them. Our receptionists also have a good knowledge of the surrounding area and will be able to advise you on outings and visits in the heart of the Arcachon basin.

Our dynamic team welcomes you to the bar with a smile and offers a wide range of refreshments and hot drinks. Isabelle, Chantal, Jérémy and Benoît will serve you at the campsite bar-restaurant, open from June 30 to September 30. Don’t forget to say hello to them when you enjoy an aperitif on the terrace! When it comes to campsite maintenance, we have Marvin to thank. Ker Helen shines every season thanks to his regular work on all the facilities. Magali is in charge of housekeeping, ensuring that your sanitary facilities and campsite are spotlessly clean for the duration of your vacation in Gironde.

What better way to run a campsite in the sun than with a close-knit team? The icing on the cake is the entertainment: the Union Nationale des Centres Sportifs de Plein Air (National Union of Outdoor Sports Centers) ensures the atmosphere and the varied activities on the campsite. Dynamic entertainers will delight children and adults alike with their games, evenings and entertainment of all kinds.
Our fine team awaits you for what promises to be a magnificent season. See you soon at Camping Ker Helen!
