As the sun spreads its rays over the Gironde, natural sites become increasingly animated by local wildlife, as well as by migratory bird species that come to take advantage of this mild climate during spring and summer. You can discover and observe these superb birds by approaching the Ile aux Oiseaux, strolling through the salt marshes facing the Arcachon Basin or visiting the Prés Salés nature reserve in the town of Arès.
