At Camping Ker Helen, we’ve put together a full range of useful services to support your day-to-day stay. The on-site reception, bar-restaurant, grocery store, practical services and shared facilities are designed to simplify your vacation and enable you to make the most of your time on the Bay of Arcachon. Whether you come with your family, as a couple or with friends, everything is organized to welcome you in a friendly, family atmosphere, true to our spirit. Reception at your service
Welcome and information on site
Our reception is the starting point for your stay. It is open from 04/04 to 04/07 from 08:30 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00, then from 04/07 to 30/08 from 08:30 to 20:00.
All visitors must present themselves at reception. A fee of €2.50 per person is charged to visitors, who are not admitted to the swimming pool. Information about the Bay of Arcachon is also available at reception to help you find your way around. Mail is collected daily at 2.30pm directly from reception.
We also offer nightly rentals and payment in instalments. We accept various means of payment: ANCV Chèque Vacances, CB Visa, MasterCard, cheque, VACAF and bank transfer.
Food and groceries on site
Simple meals at the campsite
For your meals and moments of relaxation, there’s a bar and restaurant on the campsite. We also offer a takeaway service, ideal for quiet evenings on your pitch or in your accommodation. A grocery store is available on site from 04/07 to 30/08/2026, with extended opening hours from 08:15 to 23:00. You’ll find groceries, bread, pastries and fresh produce. Nearby, a Carrefour supermarket is 2 km away, and an ATM is 1 km away.
Practical services and facilities
Everyday comfort on site
The campsite offers several practical services to make your stay easier. Adult bikes are available on loan, with a deposit of €100 per bike. Electric vehicle charging stations are available on site. A free Wi-Fi zone is available on the bar terrace, while Wi-Fi is available elsewhere on the campsite at an additional cost.
Shared bathroom facilities include a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. Bed linen is provided from 04/07 to 30/08. An outdoor fitness area completes the facilities, and group stays are possible depending on the period.

Convivial moments to share
Throughout the season, we offer entertainment and themed evenings that contribute to the campsite’s friendly atmosphere. Holidaymakers can enjoy sports activities on site, such as sports, laser games for children, fun archery or treasure hunts.
Entertainment also includes live bands and DJ nights. These services complement facilities such as the multi-sports field andplayground. At Camping Ker Helen, every service is part of our warm, family spirit.
